Plaintiff, a native and citizen of Mexico, filed a lawsuit in federal court after immigration authorities denied her legal status in the U.S. Plaintiff alleged that the agencies responsible for the decision violated the Administrative Procedure Act, agency regulations, and the Fifth Amendment.
