Court denied Plaintiff homeowner's petition for relief from judgment of foreclosure. Plaintiff failed to present newly discovery evidence to justify her failure to appear and challenge Bank's standing to foreclose. Plaintiff failed to show due diligence in pursuing her defense prior to judgment, as she presented no excuse for her failure to appear and challenge Bank's standing.
