Defendant in mortgage foreclosure action who later filed notice of appeal failed to serve any of the parties with the notice of appeal as required by Rule 303(c). Other parties were significantly prejudiced by appellant's failure to serve notice of appeal upon them, as they were unable to file briefs on appeal or argue orally and thus were unable to protect their interests through participation in appeal.
