Petitioner failed to provide proper notice to Respondent by omitting address and phone number of county clerk on the take notice forms. Trial court had jurisdiction to resolve matter and properly vacating order issuing tax deed. (WRIGHT, concurring; SCHMIDT, dissenting.)
