Defendant, who was charged with aggravated battery with a firearm and aggravated discharge of a firearm, appealed from a trial court order denying him pretrial release. The appellate court reversed and remanded, finding that the trial court erred by overlooking several enumerated conditions besides detention and remanded for a new hearing on the State’s petition to detain.
