In an insurance coverage matter, the defendant insurance company appealed from a trial court order granting summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff on both plaintiff's declaratory judgment complaint and claim for breach of contract. On appeal, the defendant argued it was entitled to summary judgment in its favor because plaintiff's claim, which was based on an arbitration demand, was a "related wrongful act" under the terms of the policy and that plaintiffs failed to provide timely notice of the claim.
