Civil Procedure
Plaintiffs filed a complaint against defendants for professional negligence and other causes of action relating to the medical treatment defendants provided to the plaintiffs’ dog. The trial court granted defendants’ motions to dismiss and for partial summary judgment as to portions of the third amended complaint for the defendant and plaintiffs appealed after voluntarily dismissing the remaining portions of their complaint. The appellate court affirmed, finding that the trial court did not err in granting defendants’ motions. (HETTEL and DAVENPORT, concurring)
