Members of the Standing Committee on Women and the Law rocked the Super Lawyer and Rising Stars awards this year. Mary Petruchius and Annemarie Kill were named as two of the Top 50 Women Super Lawyers in the State of Illinois.

Other Super Lawyers included Michele Jochner, Family Law; Jennifer Kobayashi, Employee Benefits Law; Kristen Prinz, Employment Law, and Lori Levin, Criminal Law.

Our Rising Stars were: Rebecca Berlin Melzer, Family Law; Emily Hansen, Family Law; Julie Johnson, Family Law, and Stacy Teufel, Family Law.

Additionally, committee member Jessica Marshall was chosen as a 40 under 40 in Family Law by the National Advocates.

Our immediate Past-Chair, Emily Masalski was elected to Partner at Rooney, Rippie & Ratnaswamy LLP, effective January 1, 2017. 
