Optional activities
Complimentary bus transportation from Chicago will be provided but is limited to approximately 30 people. Pick-up time meeting at 20 S. Clark St. Lobby at 7:00 am on May 20.
Guided tours of the Illinois State Capitol for attendees have been reserved for 11:00 am and 4:00 pm. Each tour is limited to 50 people. Interested persons are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour. There are also walk-in tours available throughout the day, depending on the availability of tour guides. Please note: The bus from Chicago may not arrive in time for the 11:00 am tour.
A tour of the Illinois Supreme Court Building has been scheduled for 3:00 pm which should last approximately one hour. This tour is limited to 150 people.
