DeKalb County Chief Judge Bradley Waller on Thursday will hear an amended lawsuit that makes new claims in a case involving a high-ranking official in the Kendall County State’s Attorney’s office who resigned after allegations last April surfaced that he had been involved in an improper physical relationship with a woman who was involved in multiple cases pending before the court.
