Gov. Pritzker signs bill creating quantum zone, extending and creating new development incentives

Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker signed legislation during a ceremony Wednesday in Chicago that he believes will grow Illinois’ economy by bringing more cutting-edge jobs to the state.
