A complaint filed with the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission could lead to further action against former Eighth Judicial Circuit Judge Robert Adrian, though he is no longer listed as an active attorney. "I have retired. I am not practicing law," Adrian said in response to the complaint. "I removed my name from the active attorney rolls. There was no good reason for the ARDC to take any action."
