Raymond Wills began his insurance career in 1976. He is an insurance professional with a vast knowledge base and command of the insurance industry. Raymond Wills has performed over 45 insurance program reviews and claim audits related to workers’ compensation on a national basis with extensive reports prepared outlining the findings, issues, and monetary damages sustained by the insured/employer due to carrier improprieties. Raymond Wills has provided testimony in Federal and State court and, through his efforts, has been able to assist clients recover over $33,000,000 (See Litigated Cases at caapasco.net).
Raymond Wills was formerly a member of a risk management and consulting firm that provided third party administration for a self-insured workers’ compensation pool that was able to obtain an A.M. Best rating of (A-) and may have been the only pooling arrangement in the United States with such a rating. Raymond Wills has degrees in both Finance and Criminal Justice from the University of Illinois, is AIC certified and previously held a casualty broker’s license.
