The Illinois Department of Public Health recently amended licensing requirements for Illinois hospitals. 77 Ill Adm Code 250.

The Illinois Commerce Commission recently amended regulations governing contractors engaged in relocation towing of vehicles.

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency recently amended the Alternate Fuels Program, which offers rebates for vehicles that meet certain requirements, so as to reflect amendments to the Alternate Fuels Act enacted in 2003, 2007, and 2009. 35 Ill Adm Code 275.

The Secretary of State (Secretary) recently adopted a new section as part of the Issuance of Licenses regulations in the Illinois Administrative Code. The new section governs the issuance of renewal licenses to Illinois residents eligible for safe driver renewal.

The Illinois General Assembly now requires that any agency enforcing a rule must provide an economic impact analysis of the rule's effect on small businesses. 5 ILCS 100/5-30.

The Illinois Capital Development Board recently set forth guidelines detailing requirements for community health centers to meet when requesting grant funding allocated under the Community Health Center Construction Act (30 ILCS 766/10.1 et seq).

The Illinois Secretary of State's Office recently adopted new rules governing the deposit of wills with the office of the secretary.

The Illinois Commerce Commission (commission) recently adopted regulations to oversee the storage of goods in Illinois personal property warehouses.

The State Universities Retirement System (retirement system) recently amended rules which update and clarify requirements and procedures state university employees must satisfy to qualify for disability benefits.
