The Residential Real Property Disclosure Act
(Bertino-Tarrant, D-Plainfield; Walsh, D-Joliet) amends the Residential Real Property Disclosure Act to add material defects in the windows or doors to the list of disclosures required under the Act. Effective January 1, 2015.
