CHICAGO, IL -- The Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA) has released the 2010 Guide to Illinois Statutes for Attorneys’ Fees, a handy book that lists provisions in the Illinois Compiled Statutes which authorize the court to order one party to pay the attorney fees of another.  The book lists recoverable fees from the current month through March 2010.

 

The 2010 edition includes new and updated listings, in alphabetical order, on recoverable fees in Animal Safety, Credit Card Liability, the Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act, Consumer Fraud, the Freedom of Information Act, and more.
