IDOT Report: Black and Latinx drivers stopped by Bloomington Police at disproportionately higher rate

The Central Illinois chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) was at the Bloomington Public Safety and Community Relations Board meeting to talk about the increasing disparity in minority traffic stops affecting people of color.
