Former Illinois Supreme Court Chief Justice Benjamin K. Miller passes away at age 87

The first Illinois capital city native to serve on the Supreme Court, the Honorable Benjamin K. Miller passed away on Sunday, Feb. 25, 2024, at Memorial Hospital in Springfield.
