Prosecutor on Bliefnick appeal: ‘We still feel like we put on a strong case and we put on an ethically appropriate case’

It’s been just under one year since an Adams County jury found 41-year-old Timothy Bliefnick, of Quincy, guilty of breaking into his estranged wife, Becky Bliefnick’s, home and shooting her to death.
