Adult entertainment industry intellectual property disputes usually attempt to stanch video piracy. Rare is Bassett v. Jensen, claiming copyright infringement of background art in a rented Martha’s Vineyard house used to film videos. House owner Leah Bassett did not know renter Joshua Darling was videographer for the adult videos.
