Illinois Supreme Court to Meet Remotely to Finish January Oral Arguments

Posted on January 17, 2023 by Timothy A. Slating

The Illinois Supreme Court will hold oral arguments via the Zoom videoconference platform when it hears two cases on January 18. The court will hear arguments in MB Financial Bank, N.A., etc., et al. v. Tim Brophy, etc. et al. and William Walton v. Roosevelt University. This is being done out of an abundance of caution due to a few positive COVID cases among support staff.
