Discounted Job Postings for Positions in Rural Parts of Illinois

Many rural communities in Illinois do not have enough lawyers to meet the legal needs of their residents. In an effort to increase awareness among ISBA members about employment opportunities in rural parts of the state, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Career Center are offering a 50% discount on postings of jobs for legal professionals in “rural” areas, defined as: “any job not in Adams, Champaign, Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Jackson, Jefferson, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Lake, LaSalle, Macon, Madison, McHenry, McLean, Peoria, Rock Island, Sangamon, St. Clair, Tazewell, Will, Williamson, or Winnebago counties.” To determine eligibility and receive the 50% off coupon code, please contact lburtle@isba.org with “RURAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY” in the subject line.
