The 2000 renovation of Springfield's Frederick R. Feitshans House presented the perfect opportunity for the two-man legal team of Jay Elmore and Bill Reid. "We liked this location and you could tell the building's been really well taken care of," Reid said of the house at 808 S. 2nd - a stone's throw from downtown Springfield. The 1879 Victorian gives off a haunted house vibe from the outside and a 19th century post office from the inside. "The building is such an extravagant thing," Reid said. "We liked the look and clients always comment on it."
