Illinois Law to present programs on LGBT issues

“LGBT Marriage and Family Issues” and “Violence Against LGBT Persons,” half-hour programs presented by the Illinois State Bar Association (ISBA), will air on Chicago Access Network Television, Channel 21 in Chicago, on Tuesdays at 10 p.m. “LGBT Marriage and Family Issues” will air on Tuesdays, October 5 and 19 at 10 p.m. Appearing on the show will be Cook County Associate Judge Cheryl Cesario, who moderates the program; Richard Wilson, of Law Offices of Richard A. Wilson, PC, in Chicago; Jennifer Shaw, of Jennifer A. Shaw, PC, in Edwardsville; and Rachael N. Toft, of Law Offices of Rachael Toft, in Chicago. Wilson and Shaw are members of the ISBA Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Committee. “Violence Against LGBT Persons,” will air on Tuesdays, October 12 and 26 at 10 p.m. Appearing on the show will be Daniel A. Kirk, chief of staff, Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office; Cook County Associate Judge Cheryl Cesario, who moderates the program; Jennifer Shaw, of Jennifer A. Shaw, PC, in Edwardsville; and Anthony E. Rothert, also an attorney in Edwardsville.
