Previously, Poduch worked at a law firm in Madison, Wisconsin where she practiced in the areas of family law and estate planning. Poduch handles complex cases involving child custody, maintenance, child support, and property division. She also has extensive experience with trusts and estate planning.

Poduch graduated from University of Wisconsin at Madison summa cum laude with degrees in Political Science and French in only three years. She continued her education at the University of Wisconsin Law School where she pursued an estate planning concentration. Poduch’s education and experience has enabled her to effectively counsel clients on pre and postnuptial agreements, as well as interpret complex trusts during divorce. 

Schiller DuCanto & Fleck LLP currently has a total of 45 attorneys. Poduch will be working primarily out of the Lake Forest office.
