Beloved husband of Kathleen Howlett nee Fitzgerald; loving father of Elizabeth (Jon, Jr.) Bogie, Melissa Howlett (Sean Kelly) and Catherine Howlett; dear grandfather of Lily Rose and Elloway Bogie and Michael Howlett Kelly; devoted son of Helen nee Geary and the late Secretary of State Michael J. Howlett, Sr.; fond brother of Robert (Karen) and Edward Howlett, Catherine (Albert) Childress, Mary Christine Howlett and Helen Cashman; many nieces and nephews & great nieces and nephews.
