The ISBA will soon be launching an exciting new member benefit – fully automated legal forms.  Championed by ISBA President Umberto Davi and especially valuable to new lawyers, the forms will be part of a document assembly system that will cover multiple practice areas. The document assembly approach provides more than just fillable forms.  It helps you determine which form is right for your client and allows you to produce multiple documents after entering relevant information.  And it helps you avoid embarrassing mistakes, like failing to remove the names of clients from a document you used in a previous matter – that and much more. We expect this low-cost member benefit to be available before the close of 2015.
