The law firm of Laraia & Laraia, P.C. recently welcomed its newest member, attorney Kiley M. Whitty, who joined as principal and partner with James J. Laraia, forming the new partnership of Laraia & Whitty, P.C.

Joseph M. Laraia will be of counsel, a role in which he will contribute his vast knowledge and experience. The new legal team of Laraia & Whitty, P.C. looks forward to continuing to provide existing and new clients with excellent service.

Whitty brings years of experience to Laraia & Whitty, P.C. in the areas of complex divorce litigation, parentage, legal separation, child support, and the negotiation of premarital and post-marital agreements. Whitty also handles estate planning and bankruptcy in DuPage, Kane, Will, Cook, and surrounding counties.

Currently serving as the second vice president of the DuPage County Bar Association, Whitty previously served on the board of directors, the planning committee, budget committee, and on the executive committee as the assistant treasurer and third vice president. She is also a past president of the DuPage Association of Women Lawyers and a member of the Illinois State Bar Association. In addition, Whitty serves as a director of the DuPage County Bar Foundation.
