it is good to see diversity in the results of the elections,

it is sad to see that so few isba members voted.

Great diversity, but 4,648 voters in 3rd VP election divided by 28,000 members is only a 16.6% voter turnout. Yes, it would be good to see more voting members. I learned of the candidates from the ISBA web site video and hope more members watch such a tool in the next election and then vote. Keep up the good work ISBA! JLK

The ISBA couldn’t have made voting any easier. It was open for a month. I received several reminder emails. Each email included all the info I needed to login. The candidate statements were all published in the IBJ and online IBJ. It was only a few clicks to complete.

Maybe the 80+% who didn’t vote were unclear what they were voting for or why it mattered?

Maybe some are ISBA members for the benefits (ISBA Mutual Insurance, Fastcase research) and don’t care about governance?

Best wishes to the new leaders. Keep up the great work, ISBA team!

Sonni has been involved in the ISBA for more than 20 years. She has been involved in diversity of our organization.. She works very hard and will be a credit to the ISBA.
