The Legal Services Corporation (LSC) is pleased to announce its intention to award grants to provide effective and efficient delivery of high quality civil legal services to eligible low-income individuals in Illinois. Grant awards for 2022 will be announced in December 2021.

As part of LSC’s FY2022 grants process, LSC published a Request for Proposals (RFP) to deliver civil legal services in designated service areas in the Federal Register on March 15, 2021 (86 FR 14344), in USA Today, bar journals, and on the Internet. LSC’s Notice of Intent to Award grants was published in the Federal Register on November 8, 2021, and is providing 30 days for comment.
