Carmen D. Caruso Law Firm Enhances its Franchise and Litigation Bench
Carmen D. Caruso Law Firm welcomes two new lawyers to the firm’s trial and appellate legal team: Gage Meyers is an experienced intellectual property and franchise law attorney, and Mackenzy A. Bean brings prior litigation experience on complex legal issues.
“We pursue high-stakes litigation and look for cases that are likely to go to trial,” said Carmen D. Caruso. “Our expanding and skilled dynamic team brings depth that allows us to efficiently represent our clients as we prepare and go to trial,” adds Caruso.
Gage Meyers graduated magna cum laude from Augustana College and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa there. At Drake University Law School, Meyers’ interests turned to intellectual property law. For his boutique firm, Meyers advised clients in their trademark and franchise registrations, disclosures and related business law issues. He is admitted to practice in Illinois and Iowa.
Mackenzy A. Bean received her Master’s in Sociology from the University of Chicago. She earned her J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Bean brings prior litigation experience to the firm and has handled research for a number of complex legal matters. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and is bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and English.
