Much Ado About Little

Hanson concedes that the “pandemic and its associated increase in technological reliance have somewhat refined the doctrine,” but argues “not to such a hyperbolic extent as these scholars and critics assert.” Illinois courts are also not so quick to leave the doctrine behind, she adds, and goes on to show the doctrine is alive and well in the state.
