The Illinois Environmental Protection Agence currently has two open positions:

• The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Division of Legal Counsel (DLC), Bureau of Land Regulatory Unit is seeking to hire a Technical Advisor II.   This position performs technical and legal work of a general nature, involving responsibility for recommending administrative action on problems relating to the Bureau of Land Regulatory activity.  The perfect candidate will have experience in conducting administrative hearings, legal hearings, and litigating matters before administrative tribunals.
