Two Open Position at Illinois EPA

The Illinois Environmental Protection Agence currently has the following open positions:

• The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Division of Legal Counsel (DLC), Bureau of Land, Enforcement Unit is seeking to hire a Technical Advisor II.   This position performs technical and legal work of a general nature, involving responsibility for recommending administrative action on problems relating to the Bureau of Land enforcement or activity.  The ideal candidate will have experience in legal research and writing and in administrative law including conducting administrative hearings, and litigating matters before administrative tribunals.
