Aronberg Goldgehn Welcomes Business Law Veteran David K. Staub as Of Counsel

Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to welcome David K. Staub to the firm as Of Counsel. With more than four decades of extensive legal experience, David will strengthen the firm’s Business Law and Transactions, Business Divorce and Complex Ownership Dispute Resolution, Private Equity, Venture Capital and Emerging Companies, Privacy, Cybersecurity and Technology Law, and Taxation and Business Planning practice groups.

Staub has a distinguished background assisting clients with corporate law, finance, mergers and acquisitions, technology law, tax planning, and joint ventures. He also advises on venture capital, private equity and strategic business relationships, offering clients tailored guidance for their unique business challenges.

Staub earned his B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Before joining Aronberg Goldgehn, he worked at various law firms, including Staub Anderson LLC, of which he was a founding partner.
