A new Section on Construction Law has been established by the ISBA Board of Governors. This new section will address the following topics that are specific to the construction industry: contracts, commercial lending, suretyship, mechanics liens, bankruptcy, mold and mildew claims, insurance coverage disputes, construction claims,  warranty claims, architect and engineer standard of care, arbitration and mediation.
