Joseph A. Power Jr., managing partner at Power Rogers & Smith and co-founding partner Todd A. Smith have announced that Todd has withdrawn as a partner in the firm.
Until April 30, Smith will remain at the firm while he transitions his practice and his clients to his new offices. Until then, Smith can be reached at the firm through his assistant Kathy Beardsley at 312-827-6107 and via his direct line 312-827-6108.

On Jan. 21, the Chicago office of Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C., celebrated the opening of the new Norwegian Honorary Consulate for Illinois—located at Greensfelder—and introduced Greensfelder Officer Susan Meyer as the newly appointed Norwegian Honorary Consul.
In conjunction with Meyer’s appointment late last year, Greensfelder’s Chicago office was designated by Norway’s Foreign Ministry as the Norwegian Honorary Consulate. Norway’s Honorary Consul assists with consular affairs and helps to facilitate development of business, cultural and educational relations between Norway and the United States.

Prior to joining Freeborn, Stoeckel was an IP/litigation paralegal at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP with a focus on patent litigation. Her early career concentrated in commercial litigation and multi-district products liability cases. Randy Lee Gori, age 47, of Edwardsville, Illinois, died Saturday, Jan. 4, 2020 at his residence.
He was born Oct. 26, 1972 in Richmond Heights, Missouri, the son of Lee and Judith Ann (Perkins) Gori. He married Beth Suchanek June 9, 2001 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in St. Louis Missouri. She survives.
