John Hubbuch, 71, a 44-year Oak Park resident, died on Sept. 9, 2020 at Loyola Hospital following surgery for a ruptured aortal valve. Born on Feb. 28, 1949, in New Albany, Indiana, he graduated valedictorian from New Albany High School in 1967, from Vanderbilt University in 1971 (first in his family to go to college) and from the University of Chicago Law School in 1974.

Louis Francis Ulbrich, 91, of Bloomington, passed away peacefully at home on Monday (Sept. 14, 2020) surrounded by his loving family.
His life will be celebrated with a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Bloomington, with the Rev. Jeffrey Stirniman and Monsignor Douglas Hennessey officiating. Burial will be in Holy Cross Cemetery, Normal, with military rites accorded by the Bloomington-Normal American Legion Honor Guard. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday at Carmody Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington.
