Charles D. "Chuck" Mockbee III, age 74, passed away on February 23, 2021.
Chuck was born on February 6, 1947. He grew up in the Jamesburg and Henning Illinois area, graduating from the Bismarck-Henning High School. Chuck attended Northern Illinois University and then received his Juris Doctorate Degree from the John Marshall Law School, becoming a member of the Illinois Bar in 1975.

He spent his childhood years in Conneaut, OH, and Suffolk, VA, graduating in 1972 from Suffolk High School where he played on the high school tennis team and in the school band.
