Unruh who were elected to shareholder status effective November 1, 2010, the start of the firm’s new fiscal year.  Both practice in the Chicago office of Polsinelli Shughart. Paul A. Jenny, who was promoted from associate to shareholder, is in the office’s Business department.  He is a registered patent attorney focusing on the fields of life sciences and biotechnology.  He is involved in patent prosecution, opinions, client counseling and patent licensing matters.  Jenny holds a J.D. from the University of North Carolina, 2001. Jeremy S. Unruh, who was promoted from associate to shareholder, is in the Trial department. He handles business and commercial litigation matters.  Unruh's commercial practice includes general banking litigation, shareholder valuation disputes, internal fraud investigations, and white collar criminal defense. He holds a J.D. from Washburn University, 1999.
