Formerly Senior General Attorney at BNSF Railway Company, Pam is an environmental attorney experienced in regulatory compliance and transactional counseling, auditing, permitting real estate development projects, enforcement actions, toxic tort, and remediation claims.
 
Pam received her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude.
