Mevorah Law Offices LLC recently had several lawyers chosen as 2018 Super Lawyers and Rising Stars for Illinois, including attorney and founder Steven H. Mevorah and attorney Jason Shore.

Steven Mevorah was named to the Super Lawyers list for the fourth consecutive year. He focuses his practice on family law, personal injury, immigration, workers’ compensation, and criminal defense. Super Lawyers is a nationally recognized rating service that annually selects the top attorneys in each state. Attorneys are nominated by their peers or identified from research or third-party feedback. Super Lawyers chooses its honorees based on independent research and evaluation by a peer panel.

Jason Shore was named to the Rising Stars list for the first time. He focuses his practice on family law, immigration, and bankruptcy. Attorneys are eligible for Rising Stars if they are age 40 or younger or have been practicing law for 10 years or less. Only 2.5 percent of nominated attorneys are chosen for the Rising Stars list each year.
