Momkus McCluskey LLC added John P. Killacky as a partner in the firm. Killacky will focus his practice at the firm on commercial litigation, business law, employment law, and insurance law.

Killacky has worked as in-house and outside counsel in the business and commercial sector, including eight years as general counsel and chief compliance officer for a publicly traded property and casualty insurance holding company. He has also been a litigation partner with an international law firm.

Killacky is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, and an emeritus member of the North Shore General Counsel’s Association. He has given speeches and written articles about commercial litigation and insurance.
