New vLex Fastcase Rollout

 Earlier this fall, all ISBA members received a powerful free upgrade to vLex Fastcase. As vLex chief strategy office and Fastcase cofounder Ed Walters explains in his November Illinois Bar Journal article, “New vLex Fastcase Rollout,” the upgrades include the new Cert tool (a combination of AI and a human editorial review of more than 700,000 citations) and access Vincent, vLex’s AI platform, which members can use to create headnotes for judicial opinions, find references similar to the document you’re reading, and translate research into other languages. In addition, vLex Fastcase’s interface has received a comprehensive redesign. As Walters notes, “Logging in to vLex Fastcase continues to be very easy. After logging in to isba.org, click the vLex Fastcase link on the homepage, and then click on the ‘ISBA Members Log in to vLex Fastcase’ button. That will log you directly into your personalized vLex Fastcase start page.”
