Attorney Carol A. Nolan has announced that she has moved her practice to a new location in Lisle. She opened her new office on January 1, 2019.
Nolan’s office is located at 1001 Warrenville Road, Suite 224, near Route 53 and Interstate 88 and just south of the Morton Arboretum. For returning clients, her new location is less than seven miles from her Wheaton office. She will have the same phone number and email as in her previous office.
In the spring, members of the ISBA will elect a third vice president, 11 seats on the Board of Governors, 45 seats on the Assembly in Cook County, and 88 seats on the Assembly outside Cook County.
One board seat is open in each of the following Areas: Area 2 (Circuits 17, 19 and 22), Area 4 (circuits 10, 14, and 15), Area 5 (Circuits 5, 6 and 11), Area 7 (Circuits 1, 2 and 4), Under Age 37 in Cook County, and Under Age 37 outside Cook County. Additionally, five seats are open in Cook County.
Mark Walter Simons, 54, died on Dec. 28, 2018. He was born on April 20, 1964, in Elmwood Park to Wally and Helen Simons.
He is survived by his wife, Pamela J. Kuzniar; their children, Sophia J. Simons, Kate Alexandra, Pamela A. Izvanariu; and his brother, Peter Simons. He is preceded in death by his father, Walter F. Simons, his mother, Helen M. (Nielsen) Simons, and his sister, Lorel F. Simons.
Schwartz Injury Law, a division of Kralovec, Jambois & Schwartz, has announced the opening of a new office in Joliet, located on the 7th floor of 58 N. Chicago St.
The building is off Route 30 and three blocks west of Joliet Route 66 Stadium.
Schaumburg-based Lavelle Law has welcomed attorney Brian Massimino to the firm. Massimino will be working primarily out the firm’s Chicago office.
Prior to joining Lavelle Law, Massimino spent eight years running his own firm, which specialized in helping clients in the hospitality, food and beverage, wholesale, real estate, and construction industries. In addition to working in the courtroom with clients, Massimino is an adjunct faculty member at Roosevelt University, teaching a class in hospitality law.

Dorich, an Orland Park attorney, practices family law, divorce, estate planning, creditor negotiations, and evictions for clients in Cook County and the surrounding collar counties. He began his legal career in 2014, working at a firm that focused on real estate, mortgage foreclosure defense, and civil litigation. He later joined a firm handling debtor’s rights cases.
