Reagan has opened his own office after nearly 30 years with Herbolsheimer, Lannon, Henson, Duncan and Reagan, P.C. Reagan practices law throughout the state - including Chicago - and has argued cases before the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals and the state supreme and appellate courts. He concentrates on appeals and also handles civil litigation and critical motions. Reagan remains in the same office space and has the same phone numbers from his time with the Herbolsheimer firm. He has served as chairman of the Illinois State Bar Association’s Tort Law Section Council and is a past president of the Appellate Lawyers Association. He served on the Supreme Court's Pattern Civil Jury Instructions Committee for a number of years, including time as Reporter for the Committee. He was the recipient of ISBA's Matthew Maloney Tradition of Excellence Award in 2009. John K. Kim has joined the Bloomington firm Livingston, Barger, Brandt & Schroeder. His practice includes defending health care professionals and institutions, advising employers in labor, employment, and immigration matters, and representing businesses and financial institutions in commercial litigation. He currently serves the ISBA as Vice-Chair of the Standing Committee on Judicial Evaluations - Outside Cook County. Kim practiced for the past five years in Peoria, most recently at Howard & Howard Attorneys PLLC.
