Polsinelli Shughart PC expands its Health Care practice with the addition of Patrick J. Martinez. Martinez joins the firm as an associate, and will assist health care providers with general health care issues including compliance with the False Claims Act, the anti-kickback statute, the physician self-referral law and Medicare reimbursement.

Martinez earned his J.D., cum laude, with a Certificate in Health Law from DePaul University College of Law in 2007. He also served as editor in chief of the DePaul Journal of Health Care Law. He earned a bachelor of arts in political science and international studies from Northwestern University in 2003.
