The Nordic Law Club will hold its annual Spring Smorgasbord and program on Monday, March 22, in the Tower Club on the 39th floor of Chicago’s Civic Opera House, 20 N. Wacker Drive. The guest speaker, Prof. Anne-Marie Andreasson-Hogg of the Center for Scandinavian Studies at North Park University, will reveal mysteries of Viking mythology. The event will begin with a 5:30 p.m. cash-bar reception, followed at 6:30 p.m. by a festive array of Swedish meatballs, salmon and herring hors d’oeuvres, codfish, and rice pudding with lingonberries.
