Mayster counsels clients in all aspects of commercial and multifamily real estate and finance. She focuses her practice on the representation of lenders in a variety of financing transactions. She also represents property owners, developers and investors in multifamily, retail, commercial and industrial finance, acquisitions, dispositions and development projects. Mayster regularly works with banks, borrowers and investors on loan workouts, restructurings and distressed asset sales. She has significant experience in preparing property reports and other condominium-related documents as well as the registration of multifamily housing developments with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development under the Interstate Land Sales Act. Mayster holds a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a B.A. from Georgetown University.

Alliant Credit Union announces the appointment of Meredith Ritchie as Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer. For the past six years, Ritchie has served as Associate General Counsel for Alliant, an $8.2 billion credit union based in Chicago.
Ritchie graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, New York, and received her law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. She has worked as a litigator in private practice and as a prosecutor, and subsequently served as deputy general counsel for an Illinois state agency. Ritchie also served as corporate counsel in Accenture’s State and Local Government practice.

Chris Mollet has been named Executive Vice President and General Counsel for the new health system created by the merger of Edward Hospital (Naperville) & Health Services and Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare.
Mollet has more than 30 years of experience in healthcare law. He was previously the Associate University Counsel (Chief Health Law Counsel) at the University of Illinois at Chicago, including the University of Illinois Medical Center, Medical Faculty Practice Plans and Health Sciences Colleges.
He was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for American Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. in Naperville, and Partner and Chair, Chicago Health Practice Group of the Foley & Lardner law firm in Chicago.
Mollet earned his law degree and a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction from the University of Wisconsin.
The merger, finalized on July 1, creates one of the larger integrated health systems in Illinois and is comprised of three hospitals – Edward, Elmhurst Memorial and Linden Oaks at Edward – with revenues of about $1 billion and more than 50 outpatient locations across a service area of 1.7 million residents in the west and southwest suburbs of Chicago. The system employs nearly 7,700 and has more than 1,680 physicians on staff.
