Chief Judge John T. Elsner has announced that the Court is accepting applications to fill a vacancy for the Office of Associate Judge of the 18th Judicial Circuit Court, DuPage County. This vacancy is the result of the retirement of Associate Judge Thomas C. Dudgeon.
Applications will be accepted until 5 p.m. on July 31, 2014.

Mr. Biederman resides in Downers Grove, and is the father of four children. He spends much of his time in support of the Les Turner Foundation to fight Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), often referred to as “Lou Gehrig’s Disease.”
Brian F. Telander was sworn in as Circuit Court Judge for the 18th Judicial Circuit Court in Wheaton on Friday by Justice Robert R. Thomas of the Illinois Supreme Court.
Telander received his J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in 1976 and was admitted to practice that same year. He was a partner in the law firm of Telander and Telander from 1991-2014, specializing in criminal law. . He served as an associate judge in the 18th Circuit Court from 1988-1991.

The Illinois Supreme Court has announced that the 18th Judicial Circuit judges voted to select Jeffrey S. MacKay as an associate judge of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit. Mr. MacKay fills the vacancy created by the elevation of Judge Robert G. Kleeman to Circuit Judge.
Mr. MacKay received his undergraduate degree in 1989 from the University of Illinois and his Juris Doctor in 1992 from Chicago Kent. Mr. MacKay is currently affiliated with Ekl, Williams & Provenzale LLC in Lisle, IL.
